Rotaract Genève International is thrilled to unveil its new meeting location: The Hamlet.

To fit its members' schedule and reinforce the Club's ties to the City of Geneva, Rotaract Genève International will now be meeting in the old town's best-curated furnished apartments. Due to The Hamlet's exquisite location, the regular meeting time will now be 6.30pm to follow the evening with optional dinner in one of Geneva's buzzing restaurants.

Warmness, easy-going intimacy, fully-equipped meeting room, and high-end contemporary furniture: you will fall in love with The Hamlet as quickly as we did. Make sure to check out the pictures down below.

What is The Hamlet?

The Hamlet is a family-run and fully restored townhouse comprised of 16 one-of-a-kind apartments. Winner of multiple awards, this 18th-century gem offers accommodation from 1 night to 1 year for travelers seeking refinement, calm and understated luxury right in the heart of Geneva.

How to access the Hamlet?

The Hamlet is located at the heart of Geneva's old town, at Rue Etienne-Dumont 12, Geneva 1204. The closest bus stop (by distance) are Liszt (36) and Athénée (3, 5, 7). Bikers can secure their bike on Place du Bourg-de-Four. The closest parking is Saint-Antoine (50m away).

Upon entering the building, access the 1st floor via lift or stairs and turn right: you will be entering The Square, a communal space shared with the hotel's guests. Meetings will take place in The Library, a dark green teal room on the right when entering The Square (see pictures attached).

What do I need to do?

To best fit each attendee, we kindly ask all members and prospects to RSVP meetings they plan on attending as soon as possible and to update their status in case of waiving. RSVP for each meeting is now open on the Calendar page of our website. In case of over-capacity (more than 15 people attending), we will be moving to another room or implement hybrid-format meetings (remote attendance).

The Rotaract Board would like to thank The Hamlet's team for their trust and is looking forward to welcome you on September 1st, 2021.
